Hashmi Barbeque grew out of family recipes and a stubborn refusal to modernise them. The marinades are still mixed by hand and left overnight. The spice blends are still ground in our own kitchen. And the fire is still real charcoal — lit early, tended all day, never swapped for gas.

From a single grill in Deira we now serve the whole neighbourhood — dine-in, pickup and delivery — without changing a single recipe.
